- What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, and Money Orders (For Money Order instructions please e-mail info@asiafoods.com).
- How secure is the site and is my credit card information safe?
Providing you with a secure online experience is one of our highest priorities. We recognize that your privacy and security are of the utmost importance and have devoted a great deal of effort to ensure that your personal information is protected. Your transactions are supported by Verisign Encryption.
In the unlikely event that you experience fraudulent use of your credit card as a result of a purchase through AsiaFoods.com, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any portion of this $50.00, Asiafoods.com will cover the entire amount for you, up to the full $50.00.

- How much do you charge for shipping?
The estimated shipping charges for your order will be calculated at checkout. The shipping charges depend on the shipping address, shipping weight and method of shipment.
The time it takes to receive your order depends on the method of shipment: Next Day Air (1-2 business days), Second-Day Air (2-3 business days), Ground Shipping (3-6 business days), and Super Saver (5 - 10 business days). No deliveries are made on weekends.
It is our policy for orders placed before 2PM EST to be shipped the same day, however in the case of back order or other unforseen occurences we do not guarantee this. Orders placed after 2 PM Eastern Standard Time will be shipped the following business day. Please note that at this time shipping is not available for PO boxes, APO addresses, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or addresses that cannot accept UPS deliveries. Also, UPS will charge a penalty for incorrect shipping addresses. This penalty will be borne by the customer. We are is currently working with the U.S. Postal System to allow our non UPS customers to place orders.

- Is sales tax applicable on purchases?
There is no sales tax except on orders delivered to NJ.
- How do I place a return and receive a refund?
Your complete satisfaction is what we demand. If your purchase did not meet your expectations for any reasons, we will be happy to refund your money, no questions asked.
